Almonds. Who doesn’t love almonds? These nuts are a nutrient dense food that support overall well-being. They are full of fiber, healthy fats and many vitamins. Snacking on almonds will assist in naturally detoxing your body.

Lemon water. If you start your day with a delicious cup of lemon water you are doing your body a great favor. Lemons are full of antioxidants and vitamin C and give your immune system a boost while detoxifying. They also provide beneficial enzymes that support digestion and your liver.

What are your waiting for?

Grab a glass of lemon water in the day, a handful of almonds as a mid-morning snack, an apple after lunch, and a little sushi for dinner and you could be well on your way toward healthier living well-being.
