Change This One Thought For a Better Life
While this may seem a bit like a spiritual, moral, or religious preaching it is not. What this is is an easy practice to increase mental strength, re-direct your thinking, and make your life better.
The practice is simple and will lead toward a more fulfilling, successful, and rewarding life.
It is so straightforward!
Something you can do once a day or one hundred times a day. Whenever you feel like it. Or rather, whenever you think of it. It is a practice like flossing or brushing your teeth. One that with time becomes automatic and the returns are infinite.
You may be thinking here we go again:
- a 10-minute walk
- broccoli with dinner
These are great ideas but not the one!

Start today by redirecting all the sweat and hard work you put into your hope of being liked by others into…….
Your finding reasons instead TO LIKE OTHERS. No matter who they are.
That’s it. So simple.
Can you do it? Switch your thinking around?
