Hi. I am not a doctor but I take a magnesium supplement two times a day (once in the morning and once a night) along with BP meds and it helps a lot. Check with your doctor or an alternative healthcare practitioner for recommendations. Magnesium helps a lot of people stay calm. All the best to you during this challenging time. And you probably don't want to hear this, but deep belly breathing helps a lot too. Check out some YouTube channels if you have time. Take care.
