ALMONDS: I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love the natural and earthy flavor of almonds. Almonds are jam packed with nutrients that support your overall health and well-being. Almonds are complete with healthy fats, vitamins, and fiber that will curve your hunger pains and assist your body with detoxification.

LEMON WATER: Want to do your body a great favor? Start the morning with a delicious and healthy cup of lemon water. Hot or cold it doesn’t matter. The Vitamin C and antioxidants in the lemon water will detoxify and give your immune system a much-needed boost. Your liver and digestion will thank you too for a lemon’s healthy enzymes.

APPLES: Crunch, crunch, crunch! So maybe our ancestors were on to something. An apple a day can literally keep the doctor away! The pectin found in apples is a natural detoxifier. Heavy metals are difficult to remove from our bodies, but the pectin in apples does just that. Delicious apples are also full of wonderful things like antioxidants and vitamins.
