Do you feel small, lost, afraid of losing love and acceptance?

Do you self-sabotage?

Do you feel depressed, self-critical and anxious?

Do you think about why you are unable to move forward?

Did you know that there is a wounded inner child in all of us?

Adults try to ignore the pain.

THIS CHILD WILL NOT GO AWAY!

He/she lives in our unconscious mind and influences our lives!

Do you feel you are living an inauthentic life!

Are you working void of passion!

Are you in a dysfunctional relationship, unsatisfying job or engaging in unhealthy living habits!

You over eat, over drink, over smoke, over exercise, over think, over sleep, or self-deprecate.

HELLO!

YOUR wounded inner child is trying is trying to get YOUR attention.

Something is not right!

SOMEONE needs to be healed!

AND THAT SOMEONE IS YOU!

THERE ARE SEVEN THINGS YOU CAN SAY TO START TO HEAL YOUR WOUNDED INNER CHILD!

SEVEN THINGS YOUR INNER CHILD HAS BEEN WAITING TO HEAR.

They are simple and effective:

I LOVE YOU

I AM SORRY

I AM GRATEFUL

WE DID OUR BEST

I HEAR YOU

YOU DID NOT DESERVE THIS

I FORGIVE YOU

Let us look at these individually:

  1. I LOVE YOU: Your inner child needs to hear these words. Look in the mirror and say I LOVE YOU. You did not receive unconditional love as a child. It had to be earned. As adults we are FREE to nurture and love ourselves unconditionally. WHAT A GIFT!
