These are a few of my favorite things:
The snow has stopped but the rain has started. The temperature has climbed from a winter minus 10 to a balmy Spring 70 degrees. The snowmen have melted and my backyard once a glistening blanket of snow has become a little muddy, to which my dog’s feet, back, and tail can attest.
Flowers. The flowers are coming, definitely one of my favorite things.
Dogs. I love my dog. I love dogs of all kinds. Dogs are one of my favorite things. Their smell, wet fur, click of their nails on the floor, their wet nose on my face in the morning or their tongue accidently or not on my lips. Their passion for food, chasing balls, squirrels, chipmunks, their everyday is Christmas morning zest, and their unconditional love.
Color. Who doesn’t love color. Color can lift our spirit, calm our minds, and brighten our day. My favorite is yellow. While not everyone is taken…
